In a press release dated 02 March, ICALDE management announced the start of the academic year 2021/2022. The start of this academic year for the third promotion of learners in the right to education is set for 19 October 2021. Since this date (02 March 2021), registrations will be open on ICALDE’s website (www.icalde.org). After the first two batch named successively Génération Sainte Dorothée and Génération cardinal Tonti, ICALDE is more ready than ever to welcome new listeners eager to learn about the right to education. These two vintages are made up of people from several geographical areas (Austria, Cameroon, Spain, Italy, Senegal, Uruguay). The trust shown in ICALDE has been matched by a demanding and rigorous work, as well as a support that places the listeners at the centre of the concerns of ICALDE’s managers.

For this new year, the interest of the course has been demonstrated more than once by the various testimonies of its auditors, who have judged this original master’s degree to be topical and essential for the development of each nation, regardless of the geographical region, insofar as education is indeed the foundation of development.

To this end, the application procedure remains the same as last year, namely a three-stage selection process, including pre-registration, study of the file and registration in due form.

• Pre-registration consists of the constitution of an application file including a personal or pedagogical project to be carried out during the course, a letter of motivation, a curriculum vitae, a copy of the required diploma (degree in law or social sciences). This procedure is carried out online at the address icalde.org/en/admission/ , or the file is sent by e-mail to info@icalde.org. The deadline for sending the application form is 11th September 2021. Afterwards, the files will be studied, which consists of interviews with the applicants; the closing date for this procedure is 22th September 2021. Afterwards, the candidates will be contacted again, so that a list of participants for this new promotion can be drawn up, until 25th September 2021.
• Registration will take place between 26th September and 12th October 2021, and the course will start on 19th October 2021. Tuition fees are payable in two instalments, 50% of the total amount of 2000 euros, the first to be paid before the start of the course, and the second to be paid three months before the start of the course.
