Continuing their training for a Master’s Degree in the Right to Education, the GENERATION SANTE DOROTHEA, the first promotion of the Calasanz Institute of the Right to Education, starts today with the complementary module 1 entitled DIPLOMATIC LAW AND LEGAL DRAFTING, the first class of the Calasanz Institute of the Right to Education, following on from their training for a Master’s degree in the Right to Education. In this module, the course DR311 entitled LEGAL DRAFTING is led by the Magistrate Alexis NDZUENKEU, also Head of the Legal Department at OHADA (Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa). He will present the rules for writing a legislative and regulatory act; discuss the general principles and the elements constituting a legislative and regulatory act and analyse practical cases through case studies. The pedagogical objective of this course is to introduce the learners to the techniques of conception and drafting of normative acts.
The conception and evaluation of the law, the basic principles of legislative drafting and the normative elements and legislative language are the main content of this course.
